Do you like to organize things, meet new people and get to know the international part of AEGEE? Then the European Leadership Academy (ELA) is a good place to start! Besides nice get-togethers, travelling and parties AEGEE has more to offer. You can go to Network Meetings, Agorae, Summer Universities and much more within AEGEE. The ELA is engaged in training leadership in a few days time. In these days there will be various activities including trainings and workshops to improve your leadership skills.
